DESCRIPTION
1326857-2 is a terminal P-NUT bulb assembly designed for crimp-style wire termination in automotive and lighting applications. The terminal is manufactured from phosphor bronze (ASTM B103, UNS C52100) in full hard temper with a material thickness of 0.30±0.013 mm, and features a hot tin dip plate finish with 0.5-2.5 micro mm plating thickness. It accommodates 18-20 AWG wire gauges with conductor crimp dimensions of 1.90-1.93±0.10 mm and insulation crimp dimensions of 1.19-1.24±0.05 mm. The assembly has a maximum overall length of 20.70 mm and supports wedge base type bulb insertion with a maximum insertion force of 22.3N and minimum removal force of 4.5N. This terminal is supplied on a 762 mm reel size and is ideal for reliable electrical connections in bulb socket assemblies.
