DESCRIPTION

1247001-3 is a multispring pin magnet wire terminal designed for reliable insulation displacement (IDC) connections with magnet wire. This terminal accommodates 28–25 AWG wire sizes (0.32–0.45 mm) and features a mating pin diameter of 0.8 mm with tin plating over nickel underplating for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance. The terminal has a product length of 14.8 mm and a height of 7.6 mm, with a straight orientation and an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It is compatible with solid magnet wire and aluminum wire base materials, making it suitable for motor winding, transformer, and coil termination applications where reliable magnet wire connections are required.
