DESCRIPTION

The 1-2371035-1 is a 2-cavity plug housing from the HVA HD400 series, designed for high-voltage connections in harsh environments. It features a 4 mm diameter contact system and is designed for cable-to-panel mounting. This housing supports 2.5 mm², 4.0 mm², and 6.0 mm² cable sizes and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +140°C. The connector system is rated for up to 1000 VDC and 60 A at 80°C. With an IP68 and IP6K9K ingress protection rating and a UL94-V0 flammability rating, it is ideal for demanding e-mobility applications such as e-motors, brake units, and other high-voltage accessories.
