DESCRIPTION

1-2315650-6 is a Male on Board surface-mount connector part of TE Connectivity's .050 Centerline Micro-Match Value-Line Connector Family, engineered for cost-effective board-to-board interconnections. The connector features a 1.27 mm pitch and is supplied on tape and reel for automatic pick-and-place assembly, reducing assembly time and saving space on printed circuit boards. It provides highly reliable, gas-tight, and corrosion-free connections with insulation displacement contacts, and is compatible with standard ribbon cable applications. The connector is designed for industrial, consumer, and datacom applications including home automation, lighting, climate control, CCTV, set-top boxes, and audio/video equipment, where broad temperature range and vibration resistance are less critical than cost-effectiveness and ease of assembly.
