DESCRIPTION

1-2157481-4 is a sealed AMPLIMITE D-Subminiature receptacle connector from the Series 109 standard-density line, featuring 37 positions and supplied without contacts. It provides IP67-rated environmental sealing with grommet sealing on the wire-entry end and a one-piece interfacial seal on the mating face, enabling protection against water and dust ingress. The connector operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is designed to meet MIL-DTL-24308 standards with AS39029 QPL contacts compatibility. Construction materials include a cadmium-plated steel shell, glass-filled polyester insert, fluorosilicone rubber sealing grommets, and stainless steel retention clips. This connector is ideal for aerospace, defense, and marine applications where reliable performance in harsh environments is required.
