DESCRIPTION

1-2157481-3 is a sealed AMPLIMITE D-Subminiature receptacle connector from TE Connectivity's Series 109 standard density line, supplied without contacts. This connector features 25 positions in a shell size 3 configuration and is designed to meet MIL-DTL-24308 specifications with IP67 environmental sealing for water and dust ingress protection. Key features include an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, fluorosilicone rubber grommet sealing, an 80/20 fluorosilicone/silicone rubber blend interfacial seal, stainless steel retention clips, and copper alloy contacts plated with gold over nickel. The connector uses Size 20 contacts with a current rating of 7.5 A and is compatible with AS39029 QPL contacts. Ideal for harsh environment applications requiring reliable mil-spec connectivity with environmental protection.
