DESCRIPTION

1-1971919-2 is a SOLARLOK PV4-PM connector kit featuring a pin-male contact designed for 2.5mm² (14 AWG) wire in panel mount photovoltaic applications. This connector is rated for 1000V DC operation with UL 15A and TÜV 25A current ratings at 85°C, and features a low contact resistance of 0.35mO to minimize power loss. The male connector measures 47.9mm x 18.7mm and provides IP68 waterproof protection rated for 1m depth over 24 hours. The housing is constructed from polycarbonate (PC) with tinned copper contacts, meeting UL6703 and IEC62852 standards. Common applications include solar inverters, combiner boxes, micro inverters, and DC optimizers where reliable, high-voltage DC power connections are required.
