DESCRIPTION

1-1971919-1 is a SOLARLOK PV4-PM connector kit featuring a pin-male contact designed for panel mount photovoltaic applications. This connector is rated for 1000V DC (UL and TUV/IEC certified) and supports 2.5mm² / 14 AWG wire with current ratings of UL 15A and TÜV 25A at 85°C. The precision-engineered design achieves a low contact resistance of 0.35mO to minimize power loss, while the IP68 protection degree (1m / 24 hours) ensures reliable waterproof performance. The male connector housing measures 47.9mm x 18.7mm with a polycarbonate (PC) housing and tinned copper contacts. Common applications include solar inverters, combiner boxes, micro inverters, and DC optimizers where reliable high-voltage DC connections are required.
