DESCRIPTION

The 1-1768039-9 is a cable marker designed for post-termination identification of small wires, cables, and optical fibers. It features zero halogen construction with UL94 HB fire rating and UV-stabilized material with white legends on black background for durability and visibility. The marker is resistant to key fluids used in energy, oil refinery, aviation, and military applications as defined by TE standard RW-2538. Available in ten sizes accommodating cable diameters from 1.0 to 19.0 mm (0.04 to 0.75 inches), the marker provides secure grip for positive cable fixing with high elasticity to prevent substrate damage during installation. Applicator wands with a patented slit design are available for easy and controlled marker installation, making it ideal for energy projects including power stations, oil refineries, and offshore platforms.
