DESCRIPTION
1116604-3 is an AMP NETCONNECT SL Series Toolless Jack designed for structured cabling applications. This 8-position modular jack features a hinged stuffer cap that allows wire pairs to be laced and dressed prior to termination using common pliers, eliminating the need for specialized punchdown tools. The jack includes a view window to ensure proper termination and wire placement, delivering consistently high performance levels. It is compatible with existing AMP NETCONNECT 110Connect faceplates and offers increased density when used with SL Series Outlets, duplex mounting straps, and FLEX-MODE faceplates. The toolless design makes it particularly suitable for SOHO, residential, and do-it-yourself installations supporting high-speed network applications including Gigabit Ethernet and 622 Mbps/1.2 Gbps ATM.
