DESCRIPTION

The 1-111446-7 is a 50-position Universal I/O Pin Connector used for wire-to-board applications. It features pins on .100-inch centerlines and is designed to terminate 26 or 28 AWG solid or stranded ribbon cable. This specific model comes without latches and without mounting ears, featuring a black, UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing and cover. The phosphor bronze contacts have a gold plating of .000030 inches on the mating end for reliable connectivity. These connectors are ideal for making the transition between ribbon cable and PC board circuitry, commonly used for board-to-board connections within equipment or for I/O applications.
