DESCRIPTION

1-100645-3 is a FASTON 250 quick disconnect receptacle terminal designed for reliable wire-to-wire or wire-to-device connections. This terminal features a flag orientation with phosphor bronze contact base material and accommodates 17-14 AWG (1-2.5 mm²) wire sizes. It has a mating tab width of 6.35 mm and mating tab thickness of 0.81 mm, with an open barrel type and F-crimp termination. The terminal operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C and is compatible with insulation diameters from 2.5 to 3.81 mm. This uninsulated, unplated terminal is ideal for automotive, appliance, and industrial applications requiring quick and secure electrical connections with low insertion force.
