DESCRIPTION

The 104481-4 is a strip-form, short point crimp snap-in receptacle contact designed for the AMPMODU interconnection system. It accommodates a wire size range of 32-28 AWG with an insulation diameter between 0.025 and 0.060 inches. This standard pressure contact features 'Plating A', which is a duplex plating of 0.000030 inches of gold on the contact area and tin-lead on the crimp area, over a nickel underplate. It has a current rating of 3 amperes and a maximum termination resistance of 12 milliohms. These contacts are suitable for wire-to-board applications, mating with .025 inch square posts, and are used within Short Point and AMPMODU MTE series housings.
