DESCRIPTION

The 9360002-307 is a multistage thermoelectric cooler capable of reaching colder temperatures than single-stage thermoelectric coolers. It delivers a maximum cooling capacity (Qc) of 14.0 Watts at ΔT=0 and achieves a maximum temperature differential (ΔTmax) of 106°C at Qc=0. This module operates at a maximum of 8.1 Amps and 7.6 Volts and is constructed with Alumina (Al2O3) ceramic faces and 138°C Bismuth Tin solder. Its reliable solid-state operation and precise temperature control make it suitable for applications such as the thermoelectric cooling of CMOS sensors.
