DESCRIPTION

The 2220Y6300105KETWS2 is a StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed for applications requiring high capacitance values in a compact footprint. This AEC-Q200 qualified component provides a capacitance of 1.0µF with a ±10% tolerance and a voltage rating of 630V. It utilizes a stable X7R dielectric, ensuring a maximum capacitance change of ±15% over its operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The patented StackiCap™ construction and proprietary FlexiCap™ termination provide superior mechanical performance, accommodating a greater degree of board bending and enhancing reliability against stress cracking. Its high capacitance and voltage capabilities in a reduced case size make it ideal for demanding applications such as power supplies, aerospace electronics, and high-voltage circuits where board space is at a premium.
