DESCRIPTION

The 2220Y1K00474KXTWS2 is a high-capacitance, high-voltage StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor. It provides a capacitance of 0.47µF with a ±10% tolerance and is rated for 1kVdc. This component utilizes a stable X7R dielectric, allowing it to operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a predictable capacitance change. The patented StackiCap™ construction offers a significant reduction in PCB footprint compared to standard MLCCs of equivalent value, and the FlexiCap™ termination provides enhanced resistance to mechanical stress. These features make it ideal for demanding applications such as power supplies, aerospace electronics, and other high-voltage circuits where space is a premium.
