DESCRIPTION

The GECA40BG is a 40 W commercial wide-range input power supply designed for applications requiring multiple regulated DC outputs from a universal AC input. It features three regulated outputs: V1 at +5 V (3.5 A max), V2 at +12 V (2 A max), and V3 at -5 V (0.3 A max), with line regulation of ±0.5% on the primary output and load regulation of ±3%. The unit accepts universal AC input from 90-264 VAC at 47-63 Hz single phase, with a maximum input current of 1.7 A at 120 VAC under full load, and provides 10 ms hold-up time at nominal line. The power supply operates over a temperature range of 0 to 45°C at full rated output power and includes comprehensive EMI filtering to meet FCC Class B and CISPR 22 Class B emissions standards, along with safety approvals to UL60950-1, CSA-22.2, and IEC/EN60950-1.
