DESCRIPTION

GB10S12P01 is a 12V, 1.0A medical and industrial-grade 10W single output power supply available in both open frame and PCB-mount configurations. The unit features universal input voltage of 100-240VAC (±10%), 47-63Hz, with a PCB-mount form factor of 27 x 52 x 25mm and a chassis mount option of 40.6 x 85.8 x 25.4mm. It delivers 12W continuous output power with 120mV peak-to-peak ripple and noise, ±1% line regulation, and ±5% load regulation, while maintaining >88% efficiency and a 0.9 minimum power factor at 230VAC. The power supply includes comprehensive protection mechanisms including overtemperature shutdown with auto-recovery, overload protection in hiccup mode (130-160% of rated current), short circuit protection, and overvoltage protection (120-150% of nominal output voltage). It is approved to medical safety standards EN/IEC/UL60601-1 3rd Edition and industrial safety standard EN/IEC/UL62368-1, with an MTBF exceeding 1,000,000 hours and E-cap life greater than 10 years, making it ideal for medical devices, industrial control systems, and test equipment requiring high reliability and regulatory compliance.
