DESCRIPTION

D4825T-10 is a panel-mount solid-state relay designed for heavy industrial AC load switching with a rated load current of 50 Amps at 48-530 VAC operating voltage. The device features instantaneous turn-on switching (indicated by the "-10" suffix), SCR output technology, and supports both AC and DC control inputs with a control voltage range of 4-32 VDC. It incorporates a direct bond copper substrate, improved SEMS screw and washer assembly, and redesigned housing with anti-rotation barriers for robust industrial environments. The relay is UL/CSA/VDE approved and CE compliant to EN60950-1, with EMC compliance to Level 3, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring reliable AC load control such as motor drives, heating elements, and industrial automation systems.
