DESCRIPTION

The CN100D05 is a plug-in/PCB mount solid state relay designed for high-density PCB applications with a 5 mm mini SIP form factor. It provides a maximum load current of 6 A at 0–100 VDC output with a typical on-state voltage drop of 0.1 V at rated current, and features a control voltage range of 3–12 VDC with a nominal input impedance of 450 Ohms. The relay exhibits a maximum turn-on time of 1100 µs and maximum turn-off time of 90 µs, with a maximum PWM frequency of 40 Hz and a maximum blocking voltage of 100 VDC. It operates across an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to 80 °C, has a dielectric strength of 2.5 kV, and is housed in UL 94 V0 material with IP67 encapsulation protection. The CN100D05 is ideal for automation equipment, test equipment, packaging machinery, valve and solenoid control, vending equipment, and medical device applications where reliable DC load switching is required.
