DESCRIPTION

The M55629/2-044L is a military-qualified (AP-MIL series) hydraulic-magnetic circuit protector designed for power switching and accurate circuit protection. It features a trip-free mechanism that ensures the circuit opens during an overload, even if the handle is held in the ON position, and its magnetic trip mechanism is not affected by wide temperature variations. This protector is fully sealed, meets MIL-PRF-39019 requirements for shock and vibration, and operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. Typical applications for this ruggedized component include communication systems, navigation equipment, aircraft instrumentation, radar, and military power supplies.
