DESCRIPTION

The 67L095P is a subminiature bimetallic thermostat in TO-220 package that provides accurate and reliable temperature sensing with positive snap action switching. This RoHS-compliant device features a single pole/single throw contact configuration and operates with a temperature set point of 95°C (±5°C), opening on rising temperature. The thermostat achieves contact ratings of up to 0.5 A at 48 VDC for 20,000 cycles and 0.01 A at 5 VDC for 100,000 cycles, with a maximum contact resistance of 50 milliohms. It is ideal for applications in computers, computer peripherals, aircraft, automotive, and test equipment, where it can control indicator lights, audible alarms, or system shutdown circuits. The plastic mounting bracket provides 2000 VAC dielectric strength with VDE approval, and the unit is sealed with high-temperature epoxy for wave soldering and moisture protection.
