DESCRIPTION

The 8251 is a 4' × 24' (1.2 m × 7.3 m) brown static dissipative vinyl table roll mat designed to meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards tested per ANSI/ESD STM4.1-2017 worksurface requirements. The mat features a three-layer construction: a durable static dissipative vinyl top layer that safely discharges static-laden conductors while protecting printed circuit board pins, a highly conductive scrim middle layer providing the primary discharge path to ground, and a static dissipative foam bottom layer offering a durable nonskid cushion. With a thickness of 0.140" (3.5 mm) and top hardness of 78 Shore A, the mat maintains surface-to-ground resistance (Rtg) and surface-to-surface resistance (Rtt) both in the range of 1 × 106 to < 1 × 10? ohms. The kit includes 2 ground cords (15' each) and 2 single snap fasteners for secure grounding and installation. This mat is ideal for electronics assembly, repair, and testing environments where static control and operator comfort are critical.
