DESCRIPTION

The CUSA-TR80-065-2000-TH68 is a combination ultrasonic transmitter and receiver designed for distance sensing and object detection. It operates at a typical frequency of 40 kHz with a sound pressure level of at least 100 dB and a typical directivity of 80 degrees. The sensor features a detectable range from 0.3 to 6.5 meters and a typical capacitance of 2,000 pF. Housed in a rugged aluminum can with through-hole pins, its IP68 rating and wide operating temperature range of -40 to 80°C make it suitable for harsh environments and applications like level sensing, presence detection, and robotics.
