DESCRIPTION

CPG-06-TH-TR is a through-hole pogo pin designed for reliable spring-loaded electrical contact applications. It features gold-plated brass alloy construction with a rated voltage of 12 Vdc and rated current of 1 A, along with a maximum contact resistance of 50 mO at working height. The pin offers a 3 mm working height with 0.5 mm mid stroke and 0.8 mm full stroke, providing consistent force characteristics with 30 gf initial force and 30-50 gf force at mid stroke. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to 85°C and a minimum life of 10,000 cycles, this RoHS-compliant pogo pin is ideal for test fixtures, battery contacts, and board-to-board connections requiring durable, low-resistance interconnects.
