DESCRIPTION

CP603395H is a thermoelectric Peltier module designed for precise temperature control and heat pumping applications. It features a solid-state construction with silicon sealing, arcTEC™ structure for enhanced reliability during high thermal cycling, and superior thermal performance characteristics. The module operates at a maximum input voltage of 8.8 Vdc with a maximum input current of 6.0 A, delivering 31.1 W of heat pumping capacity at Ts=27°C and 34.2 W at Tmax with Ts=50°C, with an internal resistance of 1.25 O×10³. The device maintains a maximum temperature differential (?T max) of 70°C at Ts=27°C and 77°C at Tmax, with dimensions of 30 mm length × 30 mm width × 3.95 mm thickness. This module is ideal for applications requiring compact, reliable cooling solutions in medical devices, instrumentation, and thermal management systems where precise temperature control is essential.
