DESCRIPTION

The 80099027 (R-625.0P) is a high-performance, non-isolated step-down switching regulator that accepts a wide input voltage from 9V to 32V DC. It provides a nominal 5V output, adjustable from 1.8V to 9V, and delivers a continuous output current of up to 2A. Featuring synchronous rectification, the device achieves high efficiency of up to 90%, minimizing power loss and often eliminating the need for a heatsink. Additional features include an ON/OFF control pin for power management and continuous short-circuit protection with automatic recovery. Housed in a compact SIP12 package, it serves as an ideal high-efficiency replacement for traditional linear regulators.
