DESCRIPTION

The 10020345 is a 2.5W isolated DC/DC converter designed for providing isolated gate bias voltages for transistors such as IGBTs, Si/SiC MOSFETs, and Cascode GaNs. It operates from a wide input voltage range of 9V to 18VDC and provides programmable asymmetrical output voltages with a total range of 10V to 18V. The converter features high 5kVAC/1min reinforced isolation, a 1.4kVDC working voltage, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/μs. Housed in a compact 7.5 x 12.83mm SMD package with an ultra-low isolation capacitance of less than 3.5pF, it ensures reliability and minimal noise in high-power, high-frequency switching environments.
