DESCRIPTION

The 10005098 (Mfr. Part# RS3-4805S) is a 3W regulated DC/DC converter designed to provide a stable single output from a wide 2:1 input voltage range. It accepts a nominal 48VDC input, operating across a range from 36VDC to 72VDC, and delivers a regulated 5VDC output at up to 600mA. This converter features a typical efficiency of up to 81%, standard 1kVDC isolation, and low output ripple and noise. Key features include continuous short-circuit protection and a remote On/Off control pin for power management. Housed in a compact SIP8 package with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +71°C, it is ideal for highly sophisticated industrial designs where high power density and reliability are required.
