DESCRIPTION

The RO-0509S is a 1W single-output, unregulated DC/DC converter that provides a 9VDC output from a nominal 5VDC input. It features a typical efficiency of 78-80% and provides 1kVDC of functional isolation for 1 second. Housed in a compact, fully encapsulated SIP4 package, this converter operates over a full industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C without derating. The RO-0509S is typically used in general-purpose power isolation and voltage matching scenarios for industrial controls, instrumentation, and sensor applications.
