DESCRIPTION

The MUSS100-03-D_E is a MAS-CON Series 100 PCB header connector featuring a 2.54 mm pitch with 180° unbreakable construction, integrated locking mechanism, and polarization to ensure correct mating orientation. It is rated for a maximum current of 3.0 A per contact with a contact resistance of 20 mO maximum and withstands 1000 V AC for one minute, with an insulation resistance of 1000 MO minimum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is constructed from copper alloy contacts plated with tin over nickel (gold available on request) and a PA66 GF insulator body rated UL94 V-0. This header is ideal for applications requiring secure, polarized interconnections in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and cable assemblies where vibration resistance and reliable contact integrity are essential.
