DESCRIPTION

FX-551L3-P-J is an IO-Link compatible digital fiber sensor amplifier with M12 connector type, part of the Panasonic FX-550L series designed for self-monitoring applications. It features IO-Link Specification V1.1 communication with COM3 baud rate (230.4 kbps), PNP open-collector transistor control output with 50 mA maximum source current, and selectable response times from 250 µs to 24 ms. The amplifier operates on 12 to 24 V DC supply voltage with power consumption of 960 mW or less in normal operation, and includes a red LED emitting element with 660 nm peak emission wavelength. With IP40 protection rating and operating temperature range of -10 to +55°C, this sensor is ideal for industrial automation applications requiring preventive maintenance and operation monitoring through field data collection.
