DESCRIPTION

FX-102-CC2 is a long sensing range digital fiber sensor designed for industrial detection and measurement applications. It features a Red LED emitting element (peak emission wavelength 632 nm) with NPN open-collector transistor output, maximum sink current of 100 mA, and applied voltage rating of 30 V DC or less. The sensor operates on 12–24 V DC supply (±10%), with power consumption of 720 mW or less in normal operation and 600 mW or less in ECO mode. It incorporates a digital dual-display (4-digit green and red LCD) for simultaneous viewing of threshold values and incident light intensity, along with three-level setting modes (RUN, SET, PRO) for flexible configuration. The FX-102-CC2 includes a connector-attached cable (CN-14A-C2, 2 m length) and supports interference prevention for up to 4 units through selectable emission frequencies. Common applications include assembly line monitoring, object presence detection, and transparent or minute object sensing in factory automation environments.
