DESCRIPTION

The ARS14Y12 is a single-side stable high-frequency relay designed for RF signal switching. It operates with a rated coil voltage of 12 V DC and has a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. This relay features a 1 Form C standard contact arrangement in a miniature, sealed surface-mount package with a Y-layout terminal configuration. It offers excellent high-frequency performance up to 3 GHz and can carry up to 10 W of power. Common applications include antenna switching in mobile phone base stations, broadcasting equipment, wireless devices, and various measurement instruments.
