DESCRIPTION

ARE13A12Z is a surface-mount high-frequency relay designed for RF and microwave switching applications up to 2.6 GHz. It features a single Form C contact arrangement with 75O impedance, 12V DC coil voltage, and a compact surface-mount terminal configuration with tape and reel packing. The relay delivers 10W carrying power at 2.6 GHz with excellent high-frequency characteristics including a maximum V.S.W.R. of 1.5 to 2.6 GHz and insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum at 2.6 GHz. Key specifications include a contact rating of 1W at 2.6 GHz, maximum switching voltage of 30V DC, maximum switching current of 0.5A DC, and contact resistance of 100 mO maximum. This relay is ideal for broadcasting, digital television equipment, STB/tuner applications, and wireless device antenna switching where high-frequency performance and compact form factor are essential.
