DESCRIPTION

The AQY215S is a PhotoMOS solid-state relay designed for controlling low-level analog signals. It operates with a load voltage of 100V and a continuous load current of 0.25A. Housed in a miniature SOP4-pin package, this AC/DC dual-use relay features a low maximum on-resistance of 4.0 Ω and a low off-state leakage current of 1 μA. It provides an I/O isolation voltage of 1,500 Vrms and operates over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Its characteristics make it suitable for a variety of applications including telecommunication equipment, measuring and testing instruments, and factory automation systems.
