DESCRIPTION

AEV19024 is a high-capacity EV relay designed for switching high DC voltage loads in electric and hybrid vehicle applications. It features a 300A contact rating with 1 Form A contact arrangement and a 24V DC nominal coil voltage, with pick-up voltage of max. 18V DC and drop-out voltage of min. 4V DC. The relay utilizes a hydrogen gas-sealed capsule contact mechanism that provides high arc cooling capacity, enabling short gap cutoff at high DC voltages while preventing contact oxidation. With nominal switching capacity of 300A at 4000V DC and maximum cut-off current of 2,500A at 300V DC, it is suitable for demanding applications including electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel-cell vehicles, and battery charge/discharge systems.
