DESCRIPTION

The ULN2003ADR2G is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array designed for interfacing low-level logic with a variety of peripheral loads. This device features seven NPN Darlington pairs capable of handling a continuous collector current of 500 mA and an output voltage up to 50 V. It includes internal suppression diodes for managing inductive loads and a 2.7 kΩ series input resistor, making it directly compatible with 5.0 V TTL and CMOS logic systems. Due to its high current capability and robust design, it is well-suited for driving lamps, relays, and printer hammers in industrial and consumer applications.
