The SZNUD3124LT1G is a micro-integrated automotive inductive load driver designed to switch loads like relays and solenoids without requiring a separate free-wheeling diode. It accepts logic-level inputs, enabling direct control from devices like microcontrollers, and is capable of driving relay coils rated up to 150 mA at 12 V.
