DESCRIPTION
The NC7WZ07P6X is a dual buffer with open-drain outputs from the TinyLogic Ultra-High Speed (UHS) series. It is designed to operate over a wide VCC range from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, achieving high speeds with a typical propagation delay of 2.3 ns. The device provides a high output drive of ±24 mA at 3 V VCC and features inputs that tolerate voltages up to 5.5 V, independent of the supply voltage. This over-voltage tolerance makes it ideal for mixed-voltage applications, such as 5 V to 3 V logic level translation. Common uses include bus buffering, driving, and implementing wired-OR logic.
