DESCRIPTION

The MPSA06 is an NPN transistor intended for general-purpose amplifier use. It features a collector-emitter voltage of 80 V and can handle a continuous collector current of 500 mA. The device offers a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 100 and a current gain-bandwidth product of at least 100 MHz. With a total power dissipation of 625 mW and a wide operating junction temperature range, this transistor is suitable for various low-power amplification and switching circuits requiring a reliable NPN device in a TO-92 package.
