DESCRIPTION

The MMBFJ211 is an N-Channel RF amplifier designed for High Frequency (HF) and Very High Frequency (VHF) applications. It features a zero-gate voltage drain current (IDSS) between 7.0 mA and 20 mA, and a gate-source cut-off voltage from -2.5 V to -4.5 V. Key small-signal characteristics include a common source forward transconductance of 7000 to 12000 µmhos and a maximum gate reverse current of -100 pA. With its sufficient gain and low-noise performance, this device is ideal for use in sensitive receivers.
