DESCRIPTION

The MJL1302AG is a PNP complementary silicon power transistor intended for high-fidelity audio amplifier output stages. It supports a high collector-emitter voltage of 260V and a continuous collector current of 15A, with a power dissipation capability of 200W. This transistor provides excellent gain linearity, with a DC current gain (hFE) of 75 to 150 for collector currents between 500 mA and 5 A, and a minimum current-gain-bandwidth product of 30 MHz. Due to its high bandwidth and reliable performance at higher powers, it is well-suited for applications in high-end consumer and professional audio amplifiers, such as home receivers and stadium sound systems.
