DESCRIPTION

The MC74HC541ADWR2G is an octal noninverting buffer/line driver/line receiver designed for bus-oriented systems such as 3-state memory address drivers and clock drivers. This high-performance silicon-gate CMOS device operates over a voltage range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V and features a low input current of 1 µA. It provides an output drive capability of 15 LSTTL loads, and its outputs can directly interface with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL logic. The device features inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package and two ANDed active-low output enables, making it ideal for bus-oriented systems.
