DESCRIPTION

The MB4S is a 0.5 A bridge rectifier designed for high surge current absorption within a compact footprint. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400 V and can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 35 A. The device has a forward voltage of 1.0 V at 0.5 A and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Housed in a SOIC-4 package, the MB4S is ideal for printed circuit board applications, especially in small power supplies requiring enhanced surge capability.
