DESCRIPTION

The FDS6681Z is a P-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFET produced using an advanced process to minimize on-state resistance. It operates with a drain-source voltage of -30V, a continuous drain current of -20A, and an extended gate-source voltage range of ±25V. Key features include a low on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) of 4.6 mΩ at VGS = -10V and 6.5 mΩ at VGS = -4.5V. The device's high power and current handling capabilities make it well-suited for power management and load switching in applications such as notebook computers and portable battery packs.
