DESCRIPTION

The FDP20N50F is a high-voltage N-Channel UniFET FRFET MOSFET based on planar stripe and DMOS technology. It is designed to reduce on-state resistance, featuring a typical RDS(on) of 210 mΩ at a 10V gate-source voltage, and provide better switching performance. Key characteristics include a low typical gate charge of 50 nC, a low reverse transfer capacitance of 27 pF, and improved dv/dt capability. This 100% avalanche-tested device is suitable for switching power converter applications such as power factor correction (PFC), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), lighting, and power supplies for LCD/LED/PDP TVs.
