DESCRIPTION

The TEH100M25R0FE is a 100 Watt, 25 Ohm thick film power resistor from the TEH100 series. It features a ±1% resistance tolerance and is housed in a totally molded TO-247 package, requiring a heat sink to achieve its full 100W power rating at a 25°C case temperature. This resistor has a non-inductive design, a temperature coefficient of 50 ppm/°C, and a maximum working voltage of 350V. Its insulated housing and single-screw mounting make it ideal for high-frequency and pulse loading applications such as power supplies.
