DESCRIPTION

The D50K5R0E is an adjustable power resistor from the Ohmite 210 Dividohm® series, rated for 50W and providing 5.0Ω of resistance. This wirewound resistor features a ±10% tolerance, all-welded construction, and a durable lead-free vitreous enamel coating on a tubular ceramic core. It includes a nickel-plated steel adjustable lug that allows the resistance to be set from 10% to 90% of its full value. The D50K5R0E is RoHS compliant and ideal for high-wattage applications such as adjusting circuits, setting equipment to various line voltages, and obtaining specific non-standard resistance values.
