DESCRIPTION
The SG2023J is a high-voltage, medium-current driver array featuring seven NPN Darlington pairs with open-collector outputs. It is designed to operate with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 95V and can handle peak collector currents up to 500mA. This device is specifically optimized for 5V TTL and CMOS logic inputs, with a maximum turn-on input voltage of 3.9V required for a 300mA collector current.
